  Any thoughts on the real reasons for droppng the 'school"

  my thoughts are.

  1. they want to avoid being made to comply with any laws that come with anything classed as a "school" especially a school with children enrolled.. 2. the mid-week meeting has been dying in the ass for years and needs a revival.

  i predict happy -clappy-sing-a-longs to be included in the program.. anyone else have any thoughts ??

  Meetings and bookstudy have been the same since Nathan Knorr and Franz took over in 1943...now the bookstudy/school is gone and brothers have gone back to street cart witnessing. Pioneer hours reduced blood fractions are fine.

  i am the new vermin.. of course by disfellowshipping myself i don't need put a yellow star on my jacket.

  but i am identifying myself to be looked at and resented like people did with the jews.. yes i am overdramatising my possible misfortune.

  i will still be allowed on the buses, to visit the zoo, and such places that were deprived the sight of jewish families.

  Your at the angry stage it lasts a good while, remember when u loved her? Buy some flowers and nice dinner and remind her. Dont hammer the doctrine stuff....me and my wife are still together it is a miricle thru tact and patience.

  Im 43 years old and scared too about there being no God...was nice to feel Jah had my back! But billions of people live good happy lives without god. My advice dont drink lots a booze it doesn't help...it gets better when your older...get some proffesional help...i wish i was 16 and could start over all the stupid mistakes Ive made. You can still fix this take care mate.

  first let me tell you about george (his real name) the special pioneer.

  not that good looking...a bit goofy, he had spiritual sisters literally ask him to date and flutter eyelids because of his positon.

  he always made excuses about why sisters were "not his type"...had a bedroom full of pics of him hugging other brothers with a content strange look on his face....like this is my girlfriend look!

  Sorry to Steve 2 who is a poster i know well here for years and fully respect..my anger and negative feelings and comments were directed at this pioneers "Watchtower" hardline atitude bothering me and my wife with no consideration or thought an organisation man...that was my anger point. Point number 2 was I'm sure he had sexual issues but was not allowed to "come out" or be himself be gay which must have been awful for him yet he judged us for taking some time off together. I resent him for that NOT for being gay.

  I wish everyone happiness gay or not I'm glad our political leader Tony Abbot is sacked yesterday who would not even let his own gay sister marry. Again I HATE WHAT THE J.W ORG DOES TO PEOPLE STOPS US BEING HUMAN OR OURSELVES this was my poinnt not ment to seem anti- gay deepest apologies to anyone if my post was not worded well. Steve my N.Z mate your welcome for a beer with me anytime...just DO NOT come by Saturday morning when Im sleeping in with my wife!!!

  it seems likely that the watchtower is worried about its finances, given the downsizing, property schemes, and money-grabs we have been seeing over the last few years.

  perhaps they suffered badly from the financial crisis.

  for sure, there will be more expenses to come from child abuse payouts.

He was always good for a hug...with brothers his own age..yes even i had afew. He preached about how bros can hug even though once a brother pushed him away..hmmm. So now I'm a newlly wed I decide to not go Witnessing this Saturday morning and enjoy my wife's "company" when at 11 am there is a knock, peeking thru the blinds i see it's George the stud muffin...with brothers though! AWKWARD! I put on my robe and "checked myself" before opening the door. He wanted to know how we are and he missed us at witnessing that morning. I just felt he had no idea about real life. Was this the elite best of the Watchtower??? Last I herd he was still looking for "Mrs Right" 15 years later. Just a weird experience.
